IT services & MSP lead generation
A-Sales runs outbound lead generation and appointment setting for IT services companies, consultancies, and MSPs. We research the accounts, call the CTOs, IT directors, and operations leaders who sign for technical work, and book qualified meetings with your sales team. The roles, rules, and signals below come from our published IT campaigns.

What this sector does differently
Four constraints that decide whether outreach here gets a conversation or gets filed.
- 01
Qualify on budget and real need, not on interest
Project work only pays if the buyer can fund it. For Smart Source, a software consultancy, every meeting had to pass five rules before it was booked: budget fit, a genuine development need, realistic framing, a decision maker on the call, and no competitors. Lists were cut to companies above a revenue floor of about SEK 10M, where a project budget is realistic.
- 02
Target the technical environment, not just the title
An IT services offer is usually relevant to a stack, not to a job title. For 66degrees, a Google Cloud partner, Clay enrichment flagged whether each account ran Google Workspace or Outlook, alongside company-level infrastructure signals, and the message changed with the environment.
- 03
One offer, a different conversation per vertical
The same service reads differently to an engineering firm and a defence supplier. For RYSHE, an AI implementation firm, outreach to architecture and construction firms led with RFP drafting and spec review; outreach to defence and manufacturing led with keeping AI inside their own cloud and data governance.
- 04
Never promise a replacement you will not deliver
Overselling books meetings that collapse on the first call. Smart Source had older scripts promising to "replace all your systems"; they were removed, and outreach now describes what the team actually builds. A smaller, honest pipeline is worth more to an IT firm than a calendar of misfits.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Published IT case studies include 66degrees (Google Cloud consulting, 100+ qualified enterprise meetings in 6 months, 5+ a week at steady state), Smart Source (.NET software consultancy, 60+ meetings), and RYSHE (AI consulting and implementation, 17 meetings in 28 days). For LogicMonitor, a platform sold through MSPs, the campaign booked 15 enterprise MSP meetings in 14 days.
Yes, and we know the buyer side well: for LogicMonitor we called MSP CTOs, CEOs, COOs, and heads of IT, who judge any offer by margin, service delivery cost, and whether it scales across their client base. Our published IT cases are consultancies and cloud partners rather than an MSP selling managed services, so we scope an MSP campaign the same way: target accounts by size and stack, call the person who owns the IT budget, and book only meetings that pass the criteria you set.
The person who signs for technical work. In the published cases that meant CTOs, VPs of IT, IT directors, and product owners for Smart Source; IT leadership, infrastructure and cloud owners, and security decision makers for 66degrees; and COOs, CTOs, and directors of operations and engineering for RYSHE.
Against criteria agreed in writing before calling starts. For Smart Source there were five: budget fit, a genuine development need, realistic framing of what the firm builds, a decision maker on the call, and no competitors. Lists were cut to companies above a revenue floor of about SEK 10M, because smaller companies could not fund the projects.
Yes. For HCL Software’s BigFix endpoint management event, the campaign reached CIOs, CISOs, and endpoint, infrastructure, and security leaders and generated 80+ qualified attendees in 10 days. For Gartner’s IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cloud Strategies Conference, it generated 100+ qualified attendees in one week against a target of 80.
Managed engagements start from $4,000 a month. Once your target profile is proven, pay-per-appointment starts from $500 per held, qualified meeting, with the exact rate set by buyer seniority, how many reachable accounts there are, and how tight the qualification standard is. No-shows are not billed.
