Pay-per-Appointment Lead Generation

Pay-per-appointment lead generation means you pay a set rate for each qualified B2B sales meeting that actually takes place. No-shows and meetings outside the written standard are not billed. It suits teams whose target profile is already proven, and we tell you up front if your market fits.

Pricing

How much does pay-per-appointment cost?

Agencies that publish pay-per-appointment prices in 2026 charge about $100 to $500 per B2B meeting, and $600 to $1,500 or more when the meeting is with a C-suite or enterprise buyer. A-Sales charges per held, qualified meeting, from $500 per held meeting. The exact rate is quoted after a fit assessment and depends on who you sell to, how many of them we can reach, and how tight your qualification standard is.

Where a per-meeting rate does not fit your market, A-Sales runs a managed engagement instead, from $4,000 a month.

A-Sales: from $500 per held meeting

  • No-shows are not billed, and we reschedule the meeting.
  • Every meeting gets a confirmation call beforehand.
  • Or a managed engagement, from $4,000 a month.

Your quote

What sets the A-Sales rate per meeting

The rate follows from the qualification standard, so it is agreed after the standard is written down.

  1. 01

    Who the meeting is with

A meeting with a VP or a C-suite buyer takes more dials, more research and a longer lead time than one with a manager. Published market rates roughly double from mid-market to C-suite meetings, and ours follow the same direction.

  2. 02

How tight the qualification bar is

Every condition in the written standard (title, headcount, industry, region, timing) removes prospects from the pool. A tighter bar costs more per meeting, and it should.

  3. 03

    How many buyers are reachable

A per-meeting rate needs enough reachable volume to price against. A narrow market makes each meeting expensive to produce, and below a certain size we quote the managed engagement instead.

  4. 04

    Geography and volume

Calling hours across US and European time zones, and the number of meetings a month you can take, both feed into the rate.

Why this channel

What you pay for with pay-per-appointment

You pay for held meetings

  • 01

The unit you pay for is a meeting that happened

Dials placed are never invoiced. A meeting counts when it is held and it met the qualification standard we agreed in writing before the engagement started.

  • 02

The qualification bar is set before we start, by you

Whatever makes a meeting worth your team’s hour (title, company size, budget authority, timeline) is written down first. A meeting outside that definition is not billable, which removes the argument entirely.

  • 03

    No-shows are ours to absorb

Every booked meeting gets a confirmation call before it happens. If a prospect misses it anyway, we reschedule it. You are not billed for a calendar hole.

  • 04

We tell you when the model does not fit

Pay-per-appointment needs a market with enough reachable volume to price against. Where a market is too narrow, we say so and quote the managed engagement instead. A model that does not work for us stops working for you shortly after.

What's included

What you actually get

What lands with your team while the engagement runs.

  • Pricing tied to meetings held
  • An agreed qualification standard before anything counts
  • Confirmation calls before each meeting to protect show-up rates
  • A fit assessment up front, including when we say no
The process

How the model works

Three stages. The first two exist to make the third one honest.

  1. 01

    Fit assessment

Before either of us commits to a price per meeting.

  2. 02

Agree the definition of a qualified meeting

In writing, before the first dial.

  3. 03

    Run, confirm, invoice

You see the pipeline; you pay for the part that held.

Pay-per-appointment vs retainer

When paying per meeting beats a retainer

Pay-per-appointment beats a retainer once you know what a held meeting is worth to you and the per-meeting rate sits well below that number. A held meeting is worth your meeting-to-close rate multiplied by your average deal value: at a 10% close rate on a $20,000 deal, each held meeting is worth about $2,000 in expected revenue.

To compare a retainer on the same terms, divide the monthly fee by the held meetings it produces. A $5,000 retainer that produces eight held meetings costs $625 per held meeting; the same retainer in a month that produces two costs $2,500 per meeting. Under pay-per-appointment, the slow month costs less.

A retainer is the better choice while the offer or the target profile is still changing, when the reachable market is small, or when the first months are about learning which message works. That is work a per-meeting price cannot fairly cover.

Four questions to settle in writing before you sign

What makes a meeting billable?
It took place, and it met the qualification standard agreed in writing before outreach started.
What happens when a prospect does not show?
Every meeting gets a confirmation call beforehand. A missed meeting is rescheduled by us and is not billed.
Who decides whether a meeting counted?
The written standard does. Edge cases are settled when the standard is drafted, so the invoice is never where the argument starts.
What appears on the invoice?
Held meetings against the agreed standard. Dials, emails and booked slots are not invoiced.

Fit

Could we be the right fit?

This is probably for you if any of the following sounds familiar.

Book a Call
  1. 01

You have run outbound before and know what a good meeting looks like for your team.

  2. 02

You want the cost of pipeline to be a predictable per-unit number.

  3. 03

You have a sales team with the capacity to take the meetings once they land.

  4. 04

You are selling into a market with enough reachable volume to price against.

  5. 05

You would rather agree a qualification standard up front than review leads case by case.

  6. 06

You have been burned by an agency that invoiced for activity rather than outcomes.
